Shared note	Article published in Eau Claire newspaper on May 28, 1899: Preston Cramblit, of Shawtown, Advertises For His Missing Offspring: Preston Cramblit who lives in a small house in Shawtown, near Menomonie street, would like to get some information regarding his two sons, Warren and Wesley H., aged eleven and nine, respectively. The lads left their home without leaving word behind. Any person hearing of their whereabouts will please notify Mr. Cramblit OBITUARY published in the Eau Claire [WI] Leader-Telegram on Nov. 11, 1943: Preston A Cramblit, Wedgewood avenue, died Tuesday night [Nov. 9] at Sacred Heart hospital at the age of 84. He is survived by his widow; eight sons, Ray, Alvin, Earl and Elsworth, of Eau Claire, PFC Leslie, Camp Callan, Calif., William of Kansas City, Mo., Warren of Menomonie, and Walter of St. Louis, Mo.; one daughter, Mrs William Walker, of Eau Claire, and 27 grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
