WEDDING ANNOUNCEMENT published in the Fort Dodge Messenger, Oct 10, 1913: The marriage of Miss Agnes McKernan and Dr. T.F. Dorsey, both of Clare, was solemnized at St. Matthews church Oct 8th at 7:00. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luke Mckernan of this place, while the groom, the resident physician of our little town comes from Cumberland, Iowa, and by his sterling qualities and sincere honest efforts has won a wide circle of friends in this community during his residence of the past two years here. A dainty wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride to the immediate relatives of both parties. Those from out of town who attended were; S.
